Why shop with The Crazy Ornament Lady?

We have been a family owned business since 2015, when you shop our store you are directly supporting my family.

With the help of four sweet personalizers, each of your ornaments are beautifully handwritten and we love being a small part of your holiday traditions.

How can I shop in person?

If you are local to the central Kentucky area we'd love for you to join us at one of our in-person vendor events.

How long will it take to receive my ornament(s)?

Processing time is 3-5 Business Days + USPS Shipping: 3-5 Business Days, through USPS Ground Advantage (coming from Central KY)

What if an ornament breaks in transit?

Please reach out! We do our best to securely package your order but sometimes it may not be handled with the utmost care during its shipping process.

The tracking shows my package was delivered, but it was not.  What do I do?

Reach out to your local USPS, in the mailing zip code. They may be able to access the GPS coordinates of where the package was marked as delivered.

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping is weight based by each ornament & calculated at checkout.

Don't forget, FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of a completely personalized ornament, we do not accept returns or refunds.

We want you to LOVE your ornament - if you have issues, reach out.

Do you have a mailing list?

Yes, Let's stay in touch! We will only mail you a few times throughout the season to let you know of great deals, new arrivals, best seller restocks and in-person shopping opportunities!

What are the ornaments made out of?

Our ornaments are ceramic with a poly-resin finish. Personalized with a permanent marker.

Can you change the color on an ornament?

All ornaments only come as pictured - color, skin tones, etc cannot be changed.

Can I put a different year on the ornament?

Of course, just note the year for your ornament in the personalization box.

We're happy to back date to replace your old lost or broken ornaments OR forward date for those planning ahead!

Can you write on the back of an ornament?

Yes - but please note the back of the ornaments have a rough texture and handwriting simply does not look as good. Please keep the text to a minimum.

How do I store my ornament?

Place the ornament back in the bubble wrap (that it was shipped in) for best keeping!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time.

What do I do if the spelling is incorrect?

Check your order and then reach out via the information on our Contact Page.

If we misspelled the item - we will fix it. If the error lies on the end of the typed in personalization, we will assess to see if the ornament can be shipped back to us and fixed! Please note this will incur two additional shipping costs, as the responsibility of the buyer.

What if I have another issue with my order?

Reach out and let us know what's going on via the information on our Contact Page. You have 7 days from the day your item was delivered to reach out with any/all issues. This includes: shipping damages, misspelling, typos, etc.
